Deepwater Hoirzon Response
Digitized the proposed booming strategy for Gulf & Bay counties based off of a georeferenced, hand drawn field map. SCIENCE!
I'm pretty sure this plan (delineated by BP / MSRC) was nixed by Unified Command in Mobile due to the staggered deployment north of Cape San Blass. Notice that any boom placed across here cuts off the main shipping channel. Yikes!
